High Impact Fastpitch is a competitive girls' Fastpitch organization located in Liberty, Missouri, and Independence, MO, under the leadership of Ken Davis within the High Impact umbrella. Athletes receive training from a committed team of coaches and trainers focused on enhancing strength, speed, and agility. High Impact athletes are known for their strength, skill, and competitive spirit. The organization fields two competitive teams in the 14u and 16u categories. The primary objective is to prepare athletes to excel as student-athletes, equipping them for success in softball, academics, and beyond.
Our indoor facility in Independence, MO features a weight room, batting tunnels, pitching areas, and a spacious indoor area for softball drills. These facilities are utilized during the cold winter months and when the weather is unfavorable for outdoor activities.
We are supported by a committed coaching staff led by Derek Hart, who brings eight years of coaching experience to the table. Charity Perez, a former Division 1 player at Missouri State, assists the 16u team. Grace Faulkner, serving as the hitting coach for both the 14u and 16u teams, also works as a Graduate Assistant at William Jewel College. Wes Foreman, with five years of experience, assists the 14u squad. Additionally, John Lance, a coaching veteran with 15 years of experience, supports the 14u team as an assistant coach.
